Allison Tomaselli is an associate with Steese ♦ Evans ♦ Frankel, P.C., and has been with the firm since 2002. Ms. Tomaselli focuses on commercial litigation with an emphasis on small to mid-sized businesses. She is member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations.

Ms. Tomaselli has a varied practice. She has had significant experience researching and drafting case dispositive motions in highly complex matters involving consumer protection, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition and other business contract and tort matters. Ms. Tomaselli recently assisted with an extensive internal investigation on behalf of a for-profit college. She has had considerable experience with government-issued subpoenas, and coordinated productions involving many thousands of documents. Ms. Tomaselli also has experience reviewing contracts, and advising clients on corporate compliance issues.

While in law school, Ms. Tomaselli participated in her law school's Criminal Law Clinic and completed several other public interest internships, including the ACLU of Colorado and the Legal Aid Society of Metropolitan Denver. Ms. Tomaselli also worked extensively with the National Collegiate Conference Association to research and draft preparatory materials and background guides for the National Model United Nations Conference, which is a forum where thousands of college students gather each year to learn about the intricacies of international diplomacy and emerging global issues. Ms. Tomaselli graduated, with honors, from the University of Colorado and received a dual undergraduate degree in psychology and international affairs.
