Mr. Siever joined Steese ♦ Evans ♦ Frankel, P.C. in 2010. Mr. Siever focuses on telecommunications litigation, intellectual property litigation, and government contracts. Prior to joining Steese ♦ Evans ♦ Frankel, P.C., Mr. Siever was an associate at Snell & Wilmer LLP in Denver.

Practice

Mr. Siever's current practice includes representing clients in litigation before numerous state and federal courts, with particular focus on telecommunications litigation involving intercarrier compensation disputes and access stimulation, or "traffic pumping." Mr. Siever also advises clients on government contract bid protests and cost claims in proceedings before government agencies and the U.S. Government Accountability Office. Mr. Siever's prior experience includes defending automobile manufacturers in both intellectual property and products liability disputes; defending corporations in civil litigation and breach of contract disputes; and advising and representing commercial property owners regarding environmental contamination issues.
